I found out last night my sister is going into rehab tomorrow for a month. Alcohol issues amongst other things...
I was chatting to her whilst getting stuck into a large glass of wine - alone.
The irony wasn't lost on me.

- On a mission to run a half marathon and hopefully (although not altogether likely) lose about 3 stone/20 kilos in the process..... Highest weight ever: 89kg - 196 lbs. Dietician start weight:87kg - 192 lbs. Current weight: 83.5kg - 184 lbs.
